Alysha Sieben

Alysha graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 2016. She began her studies at the University of the Fraser Valley where she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology in 2014. Alysha’s love for exercise and experience as an elite athlete has provided her with the passion and knowledge for helping people move better and getting them back to doing what they love.

Alysha’s treatment approach includes: hands on manual therapy including joint mobilizations and soft tissue release, Functional Dry Needling, therapeutic exercise and patient education. She has a special interest in paediatric’s and women’s health.

When she is not working Alysha is busy being a mom. She is an avid runner, exercise enthusiast, and loves exploring the west coast!
