Alysha Sieben

Alysha graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 2016. She began her studies at the University of the Fraser Valley where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2014.
Alysha’s treatment approach includes: hands-on manual therapy including joint mobilizations and soft tissue release, Functional Dry Needling (IMS), therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education. Her goal is to design a treatment plan tailored to each patient’s needs to help them attain their goals.
Alysha has taken additional courses to enhance her practice and further help her patients including education on pelvic health physical therapy, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Functional Dry Needling, ongoing education specific to treating runners, manual therapy, concussion rehabilitation, and Soft Tissue Release therapy.
Alysha has a special interest in paediatrics and women’s health. Her goal is to empower women throughout all their stages in life to pursue a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle strong and pain-free. Alysha is passionate about keeping women exercising and moving during their pregnancies and beyond. As a mother of two and a past elite athlete, she enjoys helping children and teenagers and is passionate about returning youths back to their activities and sports. She also offers treatment for babies with musculoskeletal and/or orthopaedic concerns including torticollis, plagiocephaly, and delayed motor milestones.
When she is not working Alysha is busy being a mom to her two children. She is an avid runner, exercise enthusiast, and loves exploring the west coast with her family.
