  • Manual hands on therapy in the pelvic region including joint mobilization & soft tissue release

  • Intramuscular stimulation (IMS)

  • Mobility and stretching exercises

  • Internal vaginal and/ or rectal exam (with your consent and comfort).           
  • RMT specific to postpartum recovery/ pregnancy, lymphedema, post radiation/ chemotherapy massage
