Concussion


Concussions are due to a sudden impact to the brain from a car accident, sports injury, fall, or trauma to the head.

Signs and Symptoms of a concussion include:
  • Sensitivity to light or noise
  • Headache
  • Nausea/ vomiting
  • Ringing of the ears
  • Trouble focusing
  • Feeling like in a “fog”
  • Fatigue
  • Emotional / behavioral changes
  • Dizziness
  • Blurred vision
  • Feeling depressed
  • Trouble sleeping
